The virus appears to be gone (at this point), however my programs are unable to load due to the .exe problem. It was running/searching for solution because the Norton Antivirus was not running properly. My desktop was infected so I downloaded the spyware program on my zip drive and then booted my desktop in safemode with networking ran the scan and it cleaned it.
